Active
View concept is a new way of graphically representing
Information System resources. LUTEUS has designed
Active View for a greater management control throughout
a new visual user friendly interface.
With Active View, it is now possible to draw any
entity of the real world in a graphical view and
give them life.
What is an entity in Active View ? It is simply
anything you want, like a country Map, a Building,
an office, a house, an equipment, a server, a text,
a gauge… Define for each object contextual
menu and set its dynamic color aspect . |

Description |
The
goal of the Trend View Plug-in is to make graphics
of the trend of two SNMP objects either of counter
or gauge type. You can graph almost all OID objects
like Network interface traffics, CPU usage, disk
usage, printer queue usage, E-mail queue usage, WEB
traffic etc…
This Plug-in program uses the well known concept
of MRTG and one of its software components (rateup.exe)
for creating the graph. MRTG stands for Multi Router
Traffic Grapher, details on this project are available
on the Web at http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/
We
could consider that this program acts rather like
a frontend of MRTG. |

This
PLUGIN helps you to manage Spanning Tree architecture.
Switches and Bridges often use Spanning Tree algorithm
to avoid loops and to provide redundancy. This Plugin
uses the BRIDGE-MIB file (RFC1493) to build the
STP Tree. A graphical map shows you active and standby
links and gives you a comprehensive view of the
state of each bridge port (blocking, forwarding,
learning etc...). Multi-VLAN architecture is not
yet supported by this MIB. |

Description |
The
Cisco ISDN Call Statistics plug-in is used to analyze
the files generated by the Cisco ISDN history call
plug-in. It provides in 3 tables, detailed statistic
information on the ISDN activity. For each destination,
the number of calls and their duration are summarized,
the average duration per call is calculated and
the maximum call length is retained. Finally the
sum of all the incoming, outgoing and all calls
are performed. This statistic could be done per
day, or on a range of days. Filters could be applied
to select for example a specific destination. Statistic
file could be saved and compressed. The results
are immediately displayed but could be saved in
a report in html format for further reading. |
